Welcome to the website of the Büros für Bürgerbeteiligung in Reinickendorf! We are the contact point for citizen participation.

Commissioned by Reinickendorf Bezirksamt , we form the bridge between citizens and administration. The team is made up of employees from Mieterberatung Prenzlauer Berg GmbH and from that Fachbereich Sozialraumorientierte Planungskoordination Reinickendorf (SPK) together.

On the website we offer you information about construction projects in Reinickendorf and those developed in Berlin Leitlinien for the participation of citizens.
We also advise you on participation in structural projects in urban areas, such as green spaces, traffic, new school construction, housing construction or the renewal of city squares.

Our tasks:

• Erstellung einer öffentlich einsehbaren Vorhabenliste über aktuelle Bauprojekte in Reinickendorf
• Information und Beratung zu Beteiligungsmöglichkeiten
• Supporting initiatives in their self-organization (arranging rooms, loaning event equipment)

Our goals:

• The flow of information between citizens and the administration should be simplified
• Access to administration should be made easier
• Contact persons should be clearly named
• Decisions should be made understandable
• Administrative processes should be made transparent
